Overview

You are using the Action Template HierarchicalSerialEntry with a fixedFilter, but now the sorting buttons at the top of each column don't seem to work.

This is a known issue in older versions of ACRM. To fix this, please consider upgrading to ACRM version 13.3 or later. It is always recommended that the latest version is used, as it includes a wide variety of fixes.
