Overview
You are trying to define a Rep Filter in CRM.web for a user's Calendar to display, for example, all events part of a user's group. However, any changes introduced seem not to be getting saved, and you are unable to make the feature work. Additionally, it may be the case that you have identified that the feature is working for other users in the same environment.
Information
This issue has been observed to occur when the affected user is unable to access their own KP record. In order to resolve this issue, you will need to review the user's assigned rights, including group and station rights. Other Info Areas that may restrict this feature if unable to be accessed are Rep (ID) and Activity (MA).
