You have enabled Package Processing for a certain Info Area, but imports for this type of record are now not being carried out successfully, with some records not being imported as expected. However, upon checking the associated FAL file, these records do not appear as having failed to be imported.
This is a known issue for versions older than 13.3. In order to fix it, please consider upgrading to the latest ACRM version.
If, despite running the latest version, you still experience the issue described, please consider raising a ticket with the relevant information, including a log of the import process.
Note: Package processing changes how triggers are applied to imports of records for a certain Info Area, which may result in certain differences being observed.
When package processing is enabled, records in the info area are imported in packages rather than individually. This can improve performance.
Triggers are only executed after the entire package has been imported.
Package processing is not supported for the KP info area.
Package processing is not supported for imports using transactions.
