Finding the release notes and other documentation for a version of ACRM

Overview

The release notes for all ACRM modules, including CRM.pad, alongside all relevant documentation for each version are available in the relevant section of the WORX Portal. If you are unable to log in, please refer to our article Unable to log in to WORX (Aurea Community) to Get Access to the Documentation.

Product downloads: installers and release packages are no longer obtained from WORX. To download the latest Aurea CRM release, sign in to the Aurea Customer Portal, where you will see the builds available to your company. Documentation and release notes remain in the WORX Portal as described above.

Note: If the release notes or documentation for a certain version or module are unavailable in WORX, please raise a support ticket explaining the nature of the issue, and our agents will assist you in resolving the issue and obtaining the documentation.

If a customer reports that documentation is missing or incorrect in the WORX Portal, please contact worx@aurea.com via side conversation to have the issue addressed.

For release notes, in the meantime, you may provide information as outlined in Listing Known Issues Affecting a Given Aurea CRM Version or by studying the 'Releases' section for the relevant Jira project (CRMPAD or CRM):
